Process Flow for Treatment in India (inbound)

1. Paramount Healthcare Management (PHM) will come in to the picture only if the insured has opted for in-patient hospitalization and needs a cashless / direct payment facility in one of our network hospital. We will provide an approval letter; once the case is approved by the insurance company.

3. It is advised that the insured visits the network hospital on receipt of approval letter from us. Insured is expected to carry identity card issued by the insurance company for verification purposes.

4. Insured needs to coordinate with insurance department or TPA desk at the hospital for assistance relating to the claim throughout the stay.
